'Dinho Back For Brazil

Ronaldinho has been recalled to the Brazil national team for their upcoming international friendly against England.

The match will be played at Wembley in early February, and coach Phil Scolari has chosen to recall Ronaldinho from the international wilderness.

The former World Player of the Year has not played for his country for one year, but his inclusion  to face the Three Lions suggests his dream of playing at the 2014 World Cup in Brazil is not dead yet.

32-year-old ‘Dinho  has experienced something of a revival since joining Atletico Mineiro from Flamengo, where he had fallen out with club due to a wage dispute.

At Atletico Mineiro he has been widely embraced by the fans, who love that he decided to play, and stay, at their club.

And Ronaldinho’s arrival at the team from Minas Gerais has also coincided with a reversal of their fortunes.

Such has his impact been for Atletico, that ‘Dinho has won his final shot to prove his worth to Scolari.

And the buck-toothed star’s legion of global fans will hope he takes advantage of the lifeline Big Phil has given him, by putting England to the sword like only he can.

Brazil squad to face England:

Goalkeepers: Julio Cesar (QPR), Diego Alves (Valencia)

Defenders: Daniel Alves, Adriano (both Barcelona), David Luiz (Chelsea), Dante (Bayern Munich), Leandro Castan (Roma), Miranda, Filipe Luis (both Atletico Madrid)

Midfielders: Ramires (Chelsea), Arouca (Santos), Paulinho (Corinthians), Hernanes (Lazio), Oscar (Chelsea), Ronaldinho (Atletico Mineiro), Lucas Moura (Paris St Germain)

Forwards: Hulk (Zenit St Petersburg), Neymar (Santos), Fred (Fluminense), Luis Fabiano (Sao Paulo).
