Is Dani Alves ready to jump ship at Barcelona?
The Brazilian international wing-back has been touted as a transfer target for both ambitious French clubs, PSG and Monaco.
30-year-old Alves still has two years left on his current deal with the Blaugrana, which was thrashed out to a background of much speculation last season.
Barca will be loath to part with a player who has been one of their most reliable attacking threats for the past few seasons, but Alves has indicated that he is willing to consider his future at the Camp Nou.
He says the revolution underway at the Parc des Princes has caught his eye, and that with similar plans thought to be afoot at Monaco, France presents him with two legitimate options to consider.
"I will never close the door on PSG or to another club. They're recruiting great players to try and do something beautiful in football," Alves told Canal+.
"They lack a little continuity in their squad, but they're on the right track. Some big stars and other players of great quality have arrived."
Regarding Monaco, who are expected to bomb-dive into the transfer waters this coming off-season, Alves added: "I know there's a project which resembles that in Paris.
“There's a lot of speculation about great players. My door is always open."
