Uruguayan striker Edinson Cavani is on the brink of signing for Paris St Germain in a record-breaking £55million deal.
The Uruguayan hitman will join PSG from Italian side Napoli after snubbing a move to the Barclays Premier League with the likes of Manchester City and Chelsea both keen to sign the striker.
Instead, he has opted to join the French giants in a Ligue 1 transfer fee.
Cavani touched down in Paris on Monday and was spotted leaving Pitie Salpetriere hospital after completing his medical.
The 26-year-old Napoli forward was the top scorer in Serie A last season with 29 goals.
