CAF World Cup Qualifying Round-Up

Group E:

Africa Cup of Nations star Jonathan Pitroipa again produced the goods for Burkina Faso as he fired home in the 85th minute to give them a 1-0 win away to Niger in a crucial 2014 World Cup qualifier on Sunday.

Group G:

Egypt remained in control of the group with a 4-2 win away to Zimbabwe while Guinea moved second in the group by hammering Mozambique 6-1.

Group H:

The Eagles of Mali totally dominated their qualifier on Sunday but would have to settle for a point after they were held to a 1-1 draw against Rwanda. The result meant that Mali would stay second, two points behind leaders Algeria who won 3-1 in Benin.

Group I:

Togo stunned Cameroon 2-0 to open up Group I. Cameroon and Libya are tied on points but the Sparrow Hawks are just two points behind down in fourth place.
