Alexi Sanchez scored in the 93rd minute of injury time to grab a last gasp winner for Barcelona in a pulsating La Liga tie against Sevilla.
All eyes were on the dynamic strike duo of Messi and Neymar, but right-back Dani Alves returned to haunt his former club as he gave Barcelona a 35th minute lead against Sevilla, after some great build up play by the La Liga champions.
Alves crept in unmarked at the back post to fire in a bullet header into the bottom corner after a superb cross from substitute Adriano, who was brought off the bench to replace the injured Jordi Alba to put the home team in front.
The visitors did not however back down and asked questions of the Barca defence on a few occasions.
The Catalan giants however did find that all important second goal from Argentine superstar Lionel Messi, after he latched onto a perfectly weighted cross along the ground from Neymar.
Unai Emery's men clawed their way back into the game with two strikes in the last 10 minutes from Rakitic and Coke and showed real resilience almost pulling off a dramatic comeback to snatch a point at the Nou Camp.
Sevilla though had no answer to Messi's mazy run which set up Alexis Sanchez to seal the three points and the visitors will feel unlucky not to have left the Camp Nou with at least one point.
