Manchester United reportedly have been given a major transfer boost after Arturo Vidal’s agent claims the Chile star will leave Juventus this summer.
Some reports had suggested earlier this week that a verbal agreement had been reached between the midfielder and United with a fee in the region of £47 million being mooted.
Vidal’s agent, Andrea D’Amico, has now said that it was his information that the 27-year-old would ‘certainly’ leave Turin.
"Vidal or Pogba? One of the two will leave,” he told Sky Sport Italia.
“I’ll go a step further I’m convinced Vidal will certainly leave.”
New Manchester United boss is reportedly a big admirer of the central midfielder who has three years left on his Juventus contract.
With a deal seemingly closer than ever before, the Red Devils have reportedly reserved the no.7 shirt for their stellar signing.
The likes of Eric Cantona, David Beckham and Cristiano Ronaldo have all donned the famous jersey and Vidal could very well be next.
