Reports: Chelsea Agree Deal To Sign Germany International

Premier League champions, Chelsea have reportedly agreed a deal to sign this Germany international.

According to Sky Sports Italy, the Blues have agreed a deal with AS Roma for the services of defender, Antonio Rudiger.

Chelsea parted ways with defenders John Terry and most recently Nathan Ake, and Antonio Conte is said to be keen in the German defender.

Rudiger was reportedly a target for the Blues in the last off-season transfer window, but nothing had materialised.

Sky Sports Italy claim the Blues will pay Roma €33million plus €5milion in performance-related bonuses.

The Blues are yet to announce a new signing, and it looks likely that Rudiger could be Conte's first arrival in the transfer window,
