Philippe Coutinho In Brazil Camp Amid FC Barcelona Links
Philippe Coutinho has travelled to Brazil and was pictured doing some individual training amid speculation linking him with FC Barcelona.
The Liverpool playmaker is said to be the Catalan giants' main target after their successful capture of Ousmane Dembele from Borussia Dortmund.
However, the Reds have rejected multiple offers from the Blaugrana, and have insisted that Coutinho, who has reportedly handed in a transfer request, is not for sale.
The player has been sidelined due to a reported back injury, and is yet to make an appearance this season as a result, but was called up to Brazil's latest camp nonetheless.
"In this moment, he's on our injury list, that didn't change," Klopp said, as quoted by the Daily Express.
"I have no idea (about the call-up), I was not in contact with the Brazilian FA.
"If they want to see him and check him, he has to go there. I don't know exactly but I think it will happen. We'll do it, it's no problem."
The 25-year-old has linked up with the Selecao squad since, and it is yet to be confirmed whether or not he is indeed injured.
The La Liga club has three more days to sign players before the window slams shut, and it remains to be seen whether or not Liverpool will change their stance on Coutinho.
