Arsenal look to have been handed a boost in their reported pursuit of this AS Monaco star.

The Gunners have already reportedly had two bids rejected for Monaco winger, Thomas Lemar last month.

The Ligue 1 champions have already sold Bernardo Silva, Benjamin Mendy and Tiemoue Bakayoko, while Kylian Mbappe has also been linked with an exit.

However, Monaco claims it's not always easy keeping a hold of players.

“All the players who were important last season are important to keep for the club,” Jardim was quoted as saying by the Daily Star.

“But it has been shown over the years that it's not always possible to keep the players, and you know how our project works.

“So our goal is to work well with players who will stay here after the transfer window closes.”
