Frank Lampard's Blues host Jurgen Klopp's Reds at Stamford Bridge on Tuesday night where the two sides will go head-to-head for a spot in the quarter-finals of the world's oldest club football competition.
Liverpool's star striker Mohamed Salah, who was previously rotated during the early stages of the competition, could play a key role against his former club. The Egyptian star has scored 90 goals in 141 appearances for the Merseyside outfit, but previously enjoyed a brief stint in London between 2014 and 2016.
The biggest name to have crossed the divide is former Spain international Fernando Torres who shocked the world when he joined Chelsea from Liverpool in 2011 for a then-British transfer record of £50 million (R991 million). Torres scored 81 goals during his stay at Anfield, but fared significantly worse at the Bridge, scoring 45 times, although he did win three trophies with the Blues.
Former England internationals Glen Johnson and Joe Cole also represented both clubs, with the former enjoying his best years at Liverpool and the latter starring during his seven-season stay at Chelsea.
Other players to have represented both clubs include Daniel Sturridge, who was recently slapped with a worldwide ban, Raul Meireles and former Nigeria international Victor Moses. You can see the full list by scrolling through the image gallery above.
