Albania secured their spot at the European Championships, after recorded a 3-0 win over Armenia in their final qualifier on Sunday night.
Faroe Island 0-3 Romania
Romain have clinched qualification for the 2016 Euros in France, after comfortably saw off the Faroe Island 3-0, thanks to a brace from Constantin Budescu and a solitary strike from Maxim.
Finland 1-1 Northern Ireland
Northern Island secured top spot in Group F, despite being held to a 1-1 draw by Finland. Craig Cathcart handed the Irish the lead in the 31st minute, before Paulus Arajuuri secured a point for the hosts.
Greece 4-3 Hungary
Greece ended their poor qualifying campaign with a thrilling 4-3 win over Hungary on Sunday night. Despite suffering the loss, the Hungarians have moved on to the play-off section, after finishing in third spot.
Gibraltar 0-6 Scotland
Steven Fletcher bagged a second-half hat-trick as Scotland thumped Gibraltar 6-0 in their final Euro 2016 qualifier. Steven Naismith, Shaun Maloney and Chris Martin rounded off the scoring for the visitors.
