Manchester United striker Zlatan Ibrahimovic has reportedly got a date in mind as to when he would like to return from injury.
According to The Mirror, the former Sweden international is targeting the Red Devils' trip to the Emirates to face Arsenal on 2 December.
The 36-year-old, who hasn’t played since picking up a knee injury in April, is said to be recovering a lot quicker than expected and could reportedly even appear in the final game of the UEFA Champions League group stage.
Jose Mourinho has insisted that the Swede will not be rushed back into action and that he is only expected to play a role within in the first team from the second part of the campaign.
"I do not think Zlatan will play any part in the group phase," Mourinho said, as quoted by Sky Sports.
"I don't think there is any chance of that. Do we have space in the Champions League list to have him? Yes, we have.
"Hopefully he can play in the knockout phase, but for that, we need to finish top two."
Ibrahimovic scored 28 goals in his first season for the Red Devils, lifting the FA Community Shield, the League Cup and the UEFA Europa League title in the same campaign.
