African superstar Yaya Toure believes Pep Guardiola's Manchester City plays the best brand of football in Europe.
The Citizens, who have already qualified for the knockout stage of the UEFA Champions League this season, play their final Group F fixture against Shakhtar Donetsk on Wednesday night.
The former Ivory Coast international is delighted with how his teammates are performing, but also insisted that there are still plenty of tests to come their way in the European competition.
"To be honest, at the moment, we are outstanding," Toure said, as quoted by Sky Sports.
"I think we practise the best football in Europe at the moment. When you see the team playing, you are sure we are going to score goals because we see how we are dominating, how we control the game. It's fantastic.
"As we go forward, we are going to find some challenging opponents, and we want to try to play against some prominent competitors to see where we are.
"The Champions League is probably the best competition in the world. To be able to win it again, to repeat what I did in 2009 with the manager in a different country, a different club, would be something special.
"But we have to wait because we have Shakhtar (on Wednesday)."
The Ivorian and Guardiola lifted the 2008/09 Champions League trophy during their time together at FC Barcelona, beating Manchester United in the final held in Rome.
