The top 14 most valuable players in the league represent five teams: Chelsea, Liverpool, Manchester City, Manchester United and Tottenham Hotspur, according to Transfermarkt.
In joint first place are three players: striker Harry Kane, midfielder Kevin De Bruyne and winger Mohamed Salah. The trio are all said to be valued at £135 million (R2.51 billion) each, and are all in their mid-twenties already.
Belgium international and Real Madrid target Eden Hazard is in fourth place, who is currently worth £108 million (R2 billion). The Chelsea winger, who is now 27 years old, has just entered his seventh season at Stamford Bridge, and according to various reports, this could be his last campaign with the club.
Red Devils striker Romelu Lukaku and Spurs playmaker Dele Alli, who are valued at £90 million (R1.67 billion) each according to Transfermarkt, are tied for fifth place, followed by Leroy Sane, Raheem Sterling and Paul Pogba, who are estimated to be worth £81 million (R1.50 billion) each.
Making up the top 14 most valuable stars in the Premier League, according to Transfermarkt, are Roberto Firmino, Christian Eriksen, Gabriel Jesus, N'Golo Kante and Sergio Aguero, who all said to be worth £72 million (R1.33 billion).
