Two Premier League Clubs To Bid For Unhappy Bayern Munich Star In January?
Two Premier League clubs are reportedly looking to bid for an unhappy Bayern Munich star in January.
According to the Daily Mirror, Chelsea and Arsenal will to try to lure Germany international Thomas Muller to England in the new year.
Both clubs apparently enquired about the 27-year-old during the latest transfer window, but the Bavarians were quick to point out that the striker was not for sale.
Muller, who is said to be unhappy with life under manager Carlo Ancelotti, has found his game time significantly limited since last season as the Italian tactician has been opting to play Thiago Alcantara and others in his preferred role.
The 2014 FIFA World Cup winner played only 17 minutes of Bayern's latest league match, and has only completed a full 90 minutes once so far this season.
The Bundesliga star is contracted to the German giants until 2021, and has scored 161 goals in 399 appearances since breaking into the senior team in 2009.
