A recent study conducted by football finances expert Kieran Maguire and the University of Liverpool has revealed Tottenham Hotspur to be the Premier League's most valuable club, with the North London side said to be worth £2.567 billion (R59 billion).
According to the study, which was published by the Evening Standard, Spurs' climb to the top was influenced by their success last season, which saw them reach the UEFA Champions League final and finish in the top four domestically despite operating on a lower budget than their nearest rivals.
Reigning EPL champions City and their rivals United round out the top three, with the two Manchester giants valued at £2.186 billion (R50 billion) and £2.080 billion (R47 billion), respectively.
Liverpool, who defeated Tottenham in last season's Champions League final, rank fourth with a value of £1.553 billion (R35 billion), which puts the Reds ahead of Arsenal and Chelsea, who are the only other two clubs to breach the £1 billion (R23 billion) mark.
Wolverhampton Wanderers are the best of the rest, with the likes of Newcastle United and 2015/16 league champions Leicester City also featuring among the top 10 – you can see it in full by scrolling through the gallery above!
