The Arsenal captain put pen to paper on a three-year deal at the Emirates Stadium earlier this week.
"Signing for this special club was never in doubt," Aubameyang told the club's official website.
"It’s thanks to our fans, my team-mates, my family and everybody at this club that I feel like I belong here. I believe in Arsenal.
"We can achieve big things together. We have something exciting here and I believe the best is to come for Arsenal."
The Gabon international will now reportedly receive £350 000 (R7.4 million) in weekly wages at Arsenal, making him the joint-second biggest earner in the league.
United have three stars in the top 10, similar to crosstown rivals Manchester City and, somewhat surprisingly, Arsenal.
Chelsea, who have spent the most in this transfer window so far, have kept their wage bill relatively small in comparison to the other top sides.
Only club record signing Kai Havertz features in the top 10, after reportedly putting pen to paper on a five-year deal worth £310 000 (R6.6 million) a week.
