Manchester City and Argentina striker Sergio Aguero has named his top five players of all-time; one is a current international teammate and the others are legends of the game.
Aguero has had a bit of an inconstant start to his Premier League season, as he has been riddled with little niggles and injuries.
Taking part in a live question and answers session on UEFA’s official Facebook page, Aguero was asked around 3000 questions and one of them was to name his top five players of all-time.
“Messi, the Brazilian Ronaldo, Ronaldinho, Maradona – that's only four but for me they're the ones ...” Aguero told UEFA official site.
When asked who his favourite player was past or present, and who influenced his current playing style, the Argentine picked teammate Lionel Mess and Brazil legend Ronaldo.
“For me the best in history is Messi. The player I looked at in terms of my own play and who influenced me most is the Brazilian Ronaldo,” he added.
To end the live Q&A, the Argentine was asked who the toughest defender he has ever faced in his career.
“Sergio Ramos – he's tough,” he concluded.
Aguero has made eight appearances for Manchester City this season and has managed to score two goals, while assisting in one more.
