Former Bayern Munich and Manchester United midfielder, Bastian Schweinsteiger has urged one of Jose Mourinho's current stars to join the MLS.
The former Germany international left the Red Devils two months ago and joined MLS outfit, Chicago Fire, where he also scored on his debut.
The 32-year-old has now urged Zlatan Ibrahimovic to make a move to the rising American league next season.
When asked by Sport1 if the Swedish striker should join the MLS, he replied: "Definitely. Players like him are certainly very important in a league like MLS.
"He's a very professional sportsman and really gives you a lot of quality on the field.
"He may be [a bit eccentric] and sometimes I think he does it on purpose, but as a footballer, he's really one of the best I've ever played with.
"He's got a really, really good eye and that really impressed me."
