The Lilywhites will officially move into their new stadium next season, and according to the Daily Mail, the manager wants to take a strengthened squad to the club’s new ground.
Pochettino recently committed his future to Spurs, and has now reportedly requested that the club provide him with £100 million (R1.6 billion) to splash in this transfer window.
The report claims the Argentinian manager wants to bring Wilfried Zaha, Anthony Martial and Ryan Sessegnon to the club as they look to end their trophy drought.
It is believed that Zaha has been a target of Spurs’ for quite some time, while Manchester United’s Martial is said to be ready to move on from the Red Devils.
Sessegnon, who impressed for Fulham this past season, has been tipped for a great future, but at 17 years old, Spurs might not be looking to rely on him just yet.
A recent report also claimed the English club are also preparing to let go of a few players, such as Toby Alderweireld, Danny Rose and Moussa Sissoko.
Spurs finished this past campaign third on the Premier League table, four points behind the Red Devils in second place.
