Superstar Paul Pogba was reportedly outraged with Manchester United manager Jose Mourinho's negative comments on his performances at the 2018 FIFA World Cup, which is said to be the latest reason for him wanting to leave the Red Devils.
Pogba's Agent Wants Him To Join Spanish Giants
The Frenchman has been heavily linked with FC Barcelona in recent days, with reports suggesting that his agent, Mino Raiola, is trying to work on a deal to get him to the Catalan club in this transfer window.
Pogba returned for pre-season on Monday morning after a lengthy break following his World Cup campaign with France, for which he has received great praise.
The 25-year-old is believed to be open to a move away from the club due to his relationship with Mourinho, which has not improved despite his positive displays in Russia.
The Portuguese tactician worked as a pundit for a football programme during the global tournament, and made a few comments about the player, which reportedly upset the France star.
Instead of praising his player, Mourinho wanted the midfielder to rather understand why he performed well for his country in Russia, and also suggested it is not his fault that Pogba has not played that well for United so far.
Those comments are believed to have been the final straw for Pogba, although the Daily Mail has claimed the club is not willing to sell the midfielder.
