The Frenchman was heavily criticised after his display against West Bromwich Albion on the weekend, and responded with a solid display on Wednesday night, in United's 2-0 win over Bournemouth in the Premier League.
Pogba was taken off by Mourinho with 10 minutes to go in their midweek clash, presumably to be rested ahead of the Red Devils' FA Cup semi-final against Tottenham Hotspur on Saturday.
According to the Daily Express, the 25-year-old shook hands with assistant Rui Faria and new staff member Michael Carrick after being substituted on Wednesday, but paid no attention to Mourinho, who was sitting alongside the aforementioned names.
Pogba was then seen going down the tunnel after walking past the United dugout, although he turned around and joined the rest of the substitutes on the bench soon after.
Mourinho did praise the Frenchman for his display against Bournemouth after he contributed with a great assist for Romelu Lukaku's goal late in the game.
Pogba has now played 30 games for United so far this season, scoring five goals and assisting a further 11 strikes.
