Ligue 1 giants Paris Saint-Germain are reportedly in talks with a Chelsea star as they look to bolster their star-studded squad for the upcoming season.
The French giants are hoping to bring in a few reinforcements in this transfer window as they continue their pursuit to lift their very first UEFA Champions League title.
According to Paris United, PSG's sporting director Antero Henrique is working on a deal to take N'Golo Kante to France in a bid to strengthen the club's defensive options in midfield.
The 2015/16 and 2016/17 Premier League winner's agent Karim Douis is said to have met with Henrique in London and spoken about a possible move in the coming months.
The Frenchman has apparently been encouraged by his agent to talk to the Qatari-owned club as he feels a move back to France may be best for the player's career in the long run.
Kante is under contract until 2021, and Chelsea are under no pressure to sell their star midfielder, despite the uncertainty surrounding Roman Abramovich's ownership and Antonio Conte's future as manager.
The 27-year-old made 48 appearances for the Stamford Bridge club last season, and appeared on the scoresheet once.
