Recent reports are suggesting that an out-of-favour Manchester United star is being chased by a certain Serie A giant.
According to Italian publication Tuttosport, AC Milan have identified former Athletic Bilbao midfielder Ander Herrera as a possible transfer target for next season.
The Italian side has been quite inconsistent this season, but since Gennaro Gattuso took over the Rossoneri, they have gone on a six games unbeaten run, winning four and drawing just two.
Herrera has reportedly fallen down the pecking order at Old Trafford and as Jose Mourinho has prefered the likes of Paul Pogba, Nemanja Matic and Scott McTominay ahead of him.
Jose Mourinho apparently has no desire to sell the Spaniard, but could be tempted to into letting him go should he get an offer of around €35 million (R514 million) for the midfielder.
The 28-year-old has made 29 appearances for the Red Devils this season, scoring one and further assisting in one more.
