According to Sky Sports, Brazil international Willian wants to leave the London side if his Italian manager stays in charge of the Blues next season.
The 29-year-old, who has two years remaining on his current contract, was left out of Conte's starting XI for the cup final on Saturday, a move that apparently upset the player.
The Brazilian, who was voted the club's 2017/18 Player's Player of the Season by his teammates, was benched four times in Chelsea's past five games, and feels it may be time he moves elsewhere.
The winger hinted an underlying rift between him and his manager when he edited the former Juventus manager out of a picture he had posted on Instagram of Chelsea celebrating their FA Cup triumph following their 1-0 win over United on Saturday.
Red Devils manager Jose Mourinho is said to be a massive fan of the South American, and has apparently tried to lure Willian across to Old Trafford on numerous occasions already.
Although there is no talk of a formal bid from Old Trafford yet, the Brazilian is heavily linked with a move to the English giants.
Willian has made 55 appearances for the Blues this season, scoring 13 goals and assisting a further 12 strikes.
