A Manchester United star will reportedly snub any approach made by Spanish giants FC Barcelona in the upcoming transfer window.
According to the Daily Express, the Blaugrana are interested in bringing Red Devils midfielder Ander Herrera to the Camp Nou.
The Catalan club's new boss Ernesto Valverde is said to be a huge fan of the Spanish star, who he coached during his time at Athletic Bilbao.
However, the midfielder is said to be happy at his current club, for whom he was recently voted player of the season, and is not looking to return to Spain any time soon.
Herrera arrived at the Premier League giants, who were then led by Louis van Gaal, for a fee £29 million (R483 million) in 2014, and has since become a vital cog in Jose Mourinho's squad.
Barcelona are said to be looking for a player who could possibly replace Andres Iniesta and help reignite the club's midfield in the next campaign.
The Spaniard has one year left on his current four-year deal, but there is an option of a one-year extension.
Herrera has made 122 appearances for the Manchester club, scoring 15 goals and assisting 22 further strikes since making the move to Old Trafford.
