Manchester United boss Jose Mourinho is reportedly fed up with midfielder Paul Pogba, having apparently tried two different tactics to mend their seemingly poor relationship.
The midfielder and manager have butted heads on more than one occasion since they started working together in 2016.
The Frenchman has been linked with a move away from the Red Devils several times over the past year, with clubs such as FC Barcelona, Real Madrid and Juventus.
Mourinho is said to still be annoyed with the 25-year-old, whom he has tried making up with, according to the London Evening Standard.
The Portuguese is believed to feel he has run out of options in his quest to mend his working relationship with the 2018 FIFA World Cup winner.
First, Mourinho apparently attempted the arm-over-shoulder approach to try and bring the best out of the midfielder, before taking the "tough love" strategy of trying to motivate him with messages in the press.
Despite receiving criticism, Pogba has been one of United's more creative players of late, although many feel his inconsistency lets him down.
The player has been in good form this season, having scored four goals and assisted a further three strikes in 10 matches for the Red Devils so far.
