The Belgium international has been linked with Los Blancos for quite some time already, and it has been claimed he could move to Madrid in the next transfer window.
According to controversial Spanish publication Don Balon, the Blues will be willing to let Hazard go if they are guaranteed the services of Gareth Bale and Dani Ceballos in return.
It has been suggested that if Real do let the two players leave, Chelsea will not get in the way of Hazard's negotiations with the LaLiga giants.
Bale and Ceballos have struggled for regular game time under Zinedine Zidane this season, and although they may not be interested in leaving the club, they could effectively be forced out to accommodate Hazard.
Ceballos has been linked with UEFA Champions League semi-finalists Liverpool, while Bale is reportedly on the radars of Manchester United and his former side Tottenham Hotspur.
