A Chelsea star coud reportedly leave the English giants in the January transfer window due to a lack of game time.
According to Sport, former FC Barcelona midfielder Cesc Fabregas is believed to be eyeing a move away from Stamford Bridge.
The Spaniard has seen limited game time of late, having fallen behind N'Golo Kante, Nemanja Matic and Oscar in the central midfield pecking order at the club.
The English club will apparently allow Fabregas to move on in the next transfer window, with the Serie A being mooted as a likely destination.
According to reports in the English press, the former Arsenal captain could be on his way to struggling Italian giants AC Milan, but he has also attracted interest from Juventus.
Fabregas has been quoted as saying he will fight for his place at the London club, but with Antonio Conte's latest matchday selections, he may be forced to look for game time elsewhere.
The 29-year-old has featured for just 12 minutes in the league for the Blues so far this season.
