The 2017/18 FA Cup winners, who have delayed all business until now, have a tricky situation surrounding the managerial position at the club, as reports suggest that Antonio Conte is on the verge of being replaced by former Napoli boss Maurizio Sarri.
According to The Telegraph, Chelsea in the meantime have been in talks with the representatives of Russia’s Aleksandr Golovin, Italy’s Daniele Rugani and Brazil’s Alisson Becker.
The CSKA Moscow, Juventus and Roma stars are all reportedly interested in moving to Stamford Bridge this season, and Willian’s proposed move to FC Barcelona could partly fund the three transfer fees.
To help with the financing of the three stars, Chelsea are reportedly prepared to sell centre-back David Luiz, who has fallen out of favour at the London club, and goalkeeper Thibaut Courtois, who has cast doubt over his future at the Blues.
The Belgium No.1 has confirmed that he is missing his kids, who live in Spain and is heavily linked with Real Madrid and their city rivals Atletico Madrid.
