The Red Devils came back from two goals down to draw with the Saints at St Mary's on Saturday evening.
Pogba was criticised for his display by many pundits after carelessly giving the ball away on numerous occasions.
According to the Daily Record, Mourinho had a go at the Frenchman after the game, labelling the midfielder a "virus".
The same report revealed what Mourinho told Pogba,"You don't play. You don't respect players and supporters. And you kill the mentality of the good honest people around you.”
This is not the first time Mourinho and Pogba have logged heads, as the two were pictured in an argument a few weeks ago at the club's training ground.
Mourinho also stripped Pogba as one of the club's captains after the midfielder made comments about how the team should play.
The Red Devils currently sit seventh in the Premier League standings, six points adrift of the top four.
