A Tottenham Hotspur star reportedly stormed out of the stadium after the first half after a few 'angry exchanges' in the dressing room at halftime.
The North London outfit went into the halftime break trailing Liverpool by one goal, with Roberto Firmino scoring just before the break.
The Daily Mail have reported that there was a heated exchange between the players at halftime after the errors that led to Firmino's opening.
Spurs manager Jose Mourinho then opted to withdraw Serge Aurier at the break, with the report adding that the Ivorian to leave the Tottenham Hotspur Stadium.
after the defeat to Liverpoool, Mourinho spoke about the tense mood in the dressing during the interval.
"It was the mood of team that was difficult to accept you are losing," he said, as per Daily Mail.
"It's difficult to accept the nature of the goal because the goal is in some aspects a replica of the chance they had in the first minute. So it's, of course, a mood where people is not happy."
