FC Barcelona have reportedly been offered the chance to sign a Manchester United star in a cut-price deal.
The Catalan giants have only been able to sign new players on free transfers of late due to their ongoing financial problems.
However, English publication the Daily Express has now reported that Red Devils midfielder Donny van de Beek has been offered to the Blaugrana.
Manager Ole Gunnar Solskjaer is said to be open to the idea of offloading the Netherlands international midfielder, who has failed to break into the Manchester club's first team.
Much was expected of the 24-year-old after a sensational 2018/19 season in which he helped Ajax Amsterdam reach the UEFA Champions League semi-finals alongside Barca incumbent Frenkie de Jong in midfield.
However, he has failed to live up to those dizzy heights since moving to England, and reports suggest that Solskjaer is now weighing up his options, with Van de Beek unhappy with his lack of regular game time and the Red Devils needing to cut their losses.
It is further claimed that United are unlikely to let the midfielder leave for free, which could see the possibility of a loan move, while there could also be a swap deal involving Samuel Umtiti heading to Old Trafford.
Here's how Barcelona could line up next season!
