Manchester United would reportedly be willing to sell David de Gea to Real Madrid, but only if the Red Devils get a Los Blancos star in return.
Los Blancos have long been admires of the Man United goalkeeper and were close to signing him on Deadline Day in 2015.
According to Spanish publication Don Balon, United will consider selling De Gea to Real but only if they got Gareth Bale in exchange.
United manager Jose Mourinho expressed his desire to sign the Welsh winger in the previous transfer window as he looked to bolster his attack.
However, De Gea revealed last month that he was happy at Old Trafford when the rumours once again resurfaced.
Real missed out on the chance to sign Athletic Bilbao goalkeeper Kepa Arrizabalaga in the January transfer window after he extended his stay with the club.
