Report: How Chelsea Could Line Up Next Season

Antonio Conte is yet to make a signing for Chelsea, but the Blues have been linked with some big-money targets. Is this what the Premier League champions' new starting XI could look like?

Click through the gallery above to see Chelsea's potential 2017/18 line-up, as compiled by the Daily Mail.

The Italian tactician is reportedly close to landing his first targets, with Monaco's Tiemoue Bakayoko and Juventus' Alex Sandro reportedly set to arrive at Stamford Bridge soon.

Everton's Romelu Lukaku is also expected to return to the Blues, while Nemanja Matic and Diego Costa seem to be on their way out.

Chelsea's new kit deal with Nike will kick in on 1 July, and the club is not expected to announce any new faces before then.

However, their transfer business will reportedly gain pace soon afterwards as Conte tries to upgrade his league-winning squad for UEFA Champions League football.

So, how could Chelsea line up next season?

Here is what the Daily Mail suggested:

Thibaut Courtois is expected continue his reign in goal unless Real Madrid come knocking with a whopping transfer fee.

In front of the Belgian, Cesar Azpilicueta, David Luiz and Andreas Christensen, who is returning from a loan spell with Borussia Monchengladbach, could form Conte's new three-man backline.

They will be supported by Nigerian Victor Moses in the right wing-back position, while Alex Sandro could feature on the left.

N'Golo Kante and Bakayoko could form Conte's new defensive midfield pairing, while Pedro Rodriguez and Eden Hazard are likely to feature on the wings.

Up front, Lukaku seems destined to become Chelsea's new main forward, and will certainly be out to silence his doubters during his second stint with the club.

Buccaneers please stop calling your own players this and that, if you have played soccer you how long it takes to adapt to the club one to two depenting if you play atleast 40minutes in every supersport it shows, all the players were played at their wrong position. the team that last weekend must be overhauled and new palyers comes in. We have good players that are not even on the bench but our coaching stuff are stupid. Weare loving stock of other clubs that have your own players that we cast away.
