Reports coming out of England claim that Arsenal are set to terminate Mesut Ozil's contract to allow him to join Fenerbahce this month.
The German midfielder has not featured once for the Gunners this season after being frozen out by manager Mikel Arteta.
With just six months remaining on his current deal, it seems the 2014 World Cup winner will get to leave the Gunners this month.
The Athletic have now reported that Ozil and the North London outfit have come to an agreement to terminate the contract.
Ozil is reportedly the Gunners' highest earner after taking home a £350,000-per-week, but the midfielder is now willing to give that up to secure a move to the Turkish Super Lig.
The Athletic added that Ozil is set to fly to Turkey this weekend to finalise his switch to the Turkish giants on a free transfer.
