Conte was officially appointed as Spurs' new manager on Tuesday after Santo was relieved of his duties following the London club's 3-0 defeat to Manchester United on Saturday.
Italian outlet Calciomercato has now reported that the Italian tactician has already drawn up a list of targets he wants to acquire over the next couple of transfer windows.
Two of Conte's top targets involve improving the Spurs backline and attack as he is said to be hoping to raid his former club Juventus for Matthijs de Ligt and Federico Chiesa.
De Ligt's future at the Bianconeri remains unclear after his agent Mino Raiola admitted he could leave in 2022, while Chiesa was also a reported target for Chelsea and Liverpool.

The other four players on his shortlist are believed to be Inter Milan duo Stefan de Vrij and Marcelo Brozovic, AC Milan's Alessio Romagnoli and Fiorentina striker Dusan Vlahovic.
Spurs made five signings in the previous transfer window, including the likes of Bryan Gil, Cristian Romero and Emerson Royal, so it remains to be seen if Conte will get any of his targets in January.
