It is believed that Spanish giants Real Madrid are ready to raid Manchester City for one of their biggest stars.
According to Don Balon, Los Blancos are preparing a big-money move for City and Belgium playmaker Kevin De Bruyne.
It has been reported that Zinedine Zidane wants to reinforce his side, which is currently 10 points behind La Liga leaders FC Barcelona.
The 26-year-old Citizen has been in sublime form this season, and has been described by manager Pep Guardiola as one of the best players he has ever coached.
The playmaker's contract with the Etihad club is said to expire in 2021, but the report suggested he could soon enter negotiations for an improved contract.
Real president Florentino Perez, however, feels they could persuade De Bruyne to join the Spanish giants before he pens a new deal with City.
The former Chelsea and Wolfsburg midfielder has assisted nine goals and scored four goals in 17 games for the Citizens so far this season.
