Percy Tau was snubbed yet again as Brighton and Hove Albion suffered a 1-0 defeat to struggling West Bromwich Ablion.
Brighton manager Graham Potter only made one change from the loss to Crystal Palace as Aaron Connolly replaced Steven Alzate in the attack.
It was West Brom who got the opening goal on 12 minutes when Kyle Bartley rose above his marker to head home Conor Gallagher's in-swinging corner.
Seven minutes later, Brighton had a chance to pull a goal back from the penalty spot after a Video Assistant Referee review, but Pascal Gross could strike his spot-kick against the crossbar.

The visitors had the ball in the back of the net on 29 minutes through Lewis Dunk's quick free-kick, but it was ruled out as the whistle was blown a second time before the ball went into the net despite the appeals from the Brighton stars.
Brighton continue to dominate in the first half, but were unable to find a way past Baggies shot-stopper Sam Johnstone as Potter began the second half by introducing Adama Lallana for Alexis Mac Allister.
After waves of attack, the visitors were awarded another penalty on 75 minutes for a foul on Gross in the box. Second-half substitute Danny Welbeck stepped up but was unable to convert.
The Seagulls threw everything forward in search of an equaliser in the latter stages of the half, but the Baggies remained resolute to secure a vital three points in a fight against relegation.
