The Citizens retained their 11-point lead at the top of the EPL table on Wednesday night, when they ran rampant in Swansea.
A brace from David Silva and goals from Kevin De Bruyne and Sergio Aguero handed the Manchester club the victory, just days after their 2-1 win over Manchester United at Old Trafford.
The result on Wednesday means Guardiola's side have now won 15 consecutive games in the English top flight, bettering the previous record held by themselves and Arsenal, according to Sky Sports.
Guardiola was delighted with the win over the Swans, saying he was delighted with how few chances the opposition were given by his players.
"A lot (pleased me about the game). We played so well, we attacked well inside and outside, we didn't concede chances too much and of course, if the fans are happy, we're happy as well," he said.
"Today, the game was on our mind. It was the team at the top of the league playing the team at the bottom and we knew if we do what have to do, we can win.
"That's why everything was on our mind because three days ago, we were at Old Trafford and in three more days, Tottenham come to us so this middle game could have been a little bit tricky."
City have played 17 league games this season, winning 16 and drawing just once.
