The Spaniard will have a busy transfer window as he needs to find replacements for Pablo Zabaleta, Bacary Sagna, Willy Caballero, Gael Clichy and Jesus Navas, who have all left the club and are now free agents.
After both his first team right backs left the Citizens, Guardiola is reportedly keen to bring Tottenham Hotspur's Kyle Walker to the Etihad.
The 26-year-old spurred transfer rumours on Thursday when he posted a massive "Thank You" message on Instagram.
According to Manchester Evening News, Monaco playmaker Bernardo Silva could apparently be Guardiola's second target. The 22-year-old reportedly arrived in Manchester on Thursday night, with City favourites to sign him.
Silva has also been linked with Jose Mourinho's Manchester United, but the Portuguese tactician recently suggested that the Monaco star is not on his wish list.
"Will Bernardo Silva be with us next season? I don't think so, honestly. But you never know, good players are always welcome here," Mourinho told Portuguese publication O Jogo after the Europa League final.
Amid all of City's transfer news, Yaya Toure's future has not yet been confirmed. The African's contract also expires at the end of June, but he was not among the players recently listed as leaving club, which could be a hint that Guardiola wants him to stay.
