Pep Guardiola’s Manchester City Sets New Premier League Record

Pep Guardiola’s Manchester City set a new Premier League record on Sunday night when they beat rivals Manchester United 2-1 at Old Trafford.

The Spaniard saw his side hit new heights after they recorded their 14th consecutive win in the English top flight in a single season.

London side Arsenal, however, also managed to win 14 games in a row, but their run spanned over two campaigns at the time (2002/03 and 2003/04).

Goals from David Silva and Nicolas Otamendi secured a 2-1 win for the Citizens on the night, and that saw them end the Reds Devils' 40-match unbeaten home run.

The previous consecutive wins record for a single season belonged to reigning Premier League champions Chelsea, as they wrapped up 13 in a row last season.

Pep City's Move 11 Points Clear Of Man Utd

Guardiola’s men face struggling Swansea City on Wednesday night, and it could be an opportunity for them to take the all-time record for themselves.

THis guy called Pep is knowledgeable when it comes to football, I am big fan of him, but yesterday i was bit confused when left Aguaro on the bench. Who am to criticize the Pep, this guy indeed knows football, he had a clear plan of how to humiliate Man United. I am proud of Pep!!!!

Pep is the man!many were made to bliv that the English premiership was all about ugly football and winning at all costs! Pep has changed that! City is playing the most enterprising type of football........very beautiful and much appealing to the eye and yet still producing the much needed results! Long live coach long live!
