Paul Pogba: The Truth About My Relationship With Jose Mourinho
Amid reports Paul Pogba and Jose Mourinho have fallen out, and claims the Frenchman snubbed a handshake from his boss in a recent game, Manchester United's record signing has now opened up about their relationship.
Pogba reportedly ignored Mourinho's handshake after being taken off in United's clash against West Bromwich Albion last week, and many saw this as further proof that the duo's relationship had gone sour.
However, the France superstar, who was once again one of his side's key performers in their 2-1 FA Cup semi-final win over Tottenham Hotspur on the weekend, has now insisted there is no problem between him and Mourinho – a stance his coach has also taken throughout the campaign.
"I do not have any problem with Mourinho, I do not think he has either," he told French TV programme Canal Football.
"He is the coach, he's going to make choices and I, as a player, I accept them. That is all."
The United midfielder also addressed rumours linking him with an exit from Old Trafford.
"For now, I'm at Manchester United, I really only think about the present. Transfers are not in my head," Pogba added.
"You know, if I listened to everyone, I would be everywhere."
Pogba has made 32 appearances for United so far this season, scoring five goals and assisting another 12 strikes.
