Since Ole Gunnar Solskjaer was made permanent manager of United, the team have won just twice in 10 matches, losing six times.
One of those defeats came on Sunday, when the Red Devils lost 2-0 at home to Cardiff, in a match where all to play for was pride.
Following the game, a fan-recorded video made the rounds on the internet, and in it Pogba can be seen being verbally abused by a United supporter.
The fan cursed and threw non-stop insults at the 26-year-old Frenchman, even though the midfielder finished the season as United's top goalscorer and assister.
In response, Pogba held his hands in a praying pose, and appeared to accept the harsh words directed at him.
