Chelsea have confirmed their second departure ahead of the 2021/22 season.
The 2020/21 UEFA Champions League winners have announced that English defender Fikayo Tomori has left the club to join AC Milan on a permanent deal.
Tomori spent the second half of the previous campaign on loan at the Italian giants, helping the Rossoneri return to European football with a second-place finish in Serie A.
With the 23-year-old having made 22 appearances for Milan last season, and scored one goal, he will officially complete his switch next month, with the transfer fee believed to be €28.5 million (R479 million).
The English centre-back has become the second player to leave the Blues in this transfer window after Victor Moses completed a move to Spartak Moscow.
