Premier League giants Chelsea have announced the signing of a Real Madrid star.

The Blues have been relatively quiet in the transfer window up until this point, with only Napoli midfielder Jorginho arriving at Stamford Bridge in this window so far.
However, they have now confirmed the signing of Los Blancos midfielder Mateo Kovacic. The 24-year-old will join the Blues on loan this season after passing a medical on Wednesday.

Kovacic leaves Real after three seasons, during which he made 109 appearances and helped the club lift nine trophies, including three successive UEFA Champions League titles.
