The Blues have struggled for consistency this season, and have looked far from the team that steamrolled the English top flight last season.
According to Football Espana, former FC Barcelona boss Luis Enrique is the firm favourite to take over from the Italian. The 47-year-old has been without a job since the end of last season, and is believed to be eager to get back into the hot seat.
Dutchman Guus Hiddink has been tipped with a return to the Blues, but this time it will not be on an interim basis as before. According to the Daily Telegraph, the former Netherlands manager will be considered as an option should Conte be asked to leave.
Former Hull City and Watford manager Marco Silva is, for now, seen as an outsider, but has been linked with the Chelsea position. The Portuguese tactician would be considered by some to be a risky appointment, but could bring something different to the club.
Others who have also been linked with the Chelsea job, according to various reports, are Frank Lampard, Zinedine Zidane, Brendan Rodgers, Maurizio Sarri, Diego Simeone and Massimiliano Allegri.
