Chelsea and France midfielder N'Golo Kante has been linked with a shock move to another team in the Premier League.
The 27-year-old has become a household name since arriving in England in 2015, having played in major roles in Leicester City winning the title in 2015/16 and Chelsea lifting the trophy in 2016/17.
In a story usually seen in movies, Kante then won the 2018 FIFA World Cup with France in July, but despite his achievements coming in such a short space of time, the defensive midfielder has kept his feet firmly on the ground.
Although he is still a regular under Maurizio Sarri, the player's agents have been in talks with Manchester United, according to a new report from the Daily Express.
Jose Mourinho is reportedly interested in luring Kante to United at the end of the season, but knows his signature will not be cheaply bought as he still has three years on his contract with the Blues.
Chelsea might, however, be reluctant to do business with the Red Devils any time soon following the backlash the board got for selling Nemanja Matic to Mourinho's side last year.
Kante has won four major trophies since 2015, while he was also a runner-up at the 2016 European Championships.
Individually, he won the French Player of the Year accolade in 2017 and was named in the FIFA FIFPro World XI earlier this year.
