Emery's reign at the Emirates Stadium came to an end on Friday following Thursday night's UEFA Europa League loss to Eintracht Frankfurt.
The Spaniard succeeded the legendary Arsene Wenger but only lasted 18 months at the helm, where he failed to win a trophy or secure a top four finish.
Mourinho replaced Mauricio Pochettino at cross-town rivals Tottenham Hotspur last week, and he feels Emery will get another job soon.
"No dramas, mi amigo," Mourinho said, as per the Mirror.
"Keep going and you will get another club."
When asked if he would have join the Gunners if he was still a free agent, he added, "I'm so happy here that I couldn't even think about the possibility to go to another place.
"You can put now in front of me any club in the world, I would not move."
