The Egyptian opened the scoring in the third minute of the match when he latched on to a loose ball just outside the Spurs box.
Salah's first strike of the match was the player's 20th Premier League goal for Liverpool, a landmark he has reached quicker than any other Reds star before him.
The 25-year-old has hit the back of the net 20 times in just 25 league appearances for the Anfield club, beating both Fernando Torres and Daniel Sturridge, who both took 27 matches to reach 20 strikes.
Salah later scored his 21st league goal late in stoppage time on Sunday night to make the score 2-1 to the Reds, only for his strike to be cancelled out by Spurs' Harry Kane minutes later.
